Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt's Director of Global Total Rewards, you will be responsible for researching and benchmarking, developing, and implementing the philosophy, design, and delivery of our Global Total Rewards Strategy. You will manage and maintain a team, resources, tools, programs, and third-party vendors required to competitively and compliantly administer a “best in class” portfolio of programs that delivers effective talent acquisition, retention, and engagement programs, aligning with the organization’s objectives of a fair, best-in-class and competitive employee rewards program for both our domestic and international teammates.
What You're Good At:
Compensation Administration
- Managing annual compensation market benchmarking process and analysis to help identify trends in the marketplace and to assess Nutrabolt’s global competitive positioning
- Recommending practices and strategies when determining offer compensation packages, promotional increases, skill proficiency advancement, and merit increases for region specific roles, both domestic and international, with varying role levels and functions; keeping attraction and retention of talent top of mind
- Providing insight to the broader compensation landscape with a progressive mindset to recommend compensation strategies that will flux with economic shifts, and balance a global total rewards package for both domestic and international compensation programs
- Planning and executing annual merit review cycles that support the company’s performance review processes
- Providing first line of support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team in supporting market data requests, benchmark analysis and other compensation related requests
Payroll Administration & HRIS Management
- Administering and processing global payroll with a focus on accuracy, compliance and best practices
- Partnering with Accounting and Finance on payroll data requests and processes
- Owning the HRIS and the accuracy and integrity of data input into HRIS, data exports from the system, and processes that inform both how the data is recorded and tracked
- Ensuring HRIS data is compliant with recordkeeping needs to support compliance audits, requests, and reporting
- Working with finance to build payroll models that forecast up to 3 year plans
Benefits Administration
- Administering Nutrabolt’s comprehensive benefits programs for both our domestic and international populations (e.g., medical plans, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, paid time off policies, etc.).
- Partnering with third-party vendors to ensure competitive and comprehensive programs are provided to the Company’s international populations
- Managing all leaves-of-absence policies, disability and workers’ comp, in conjunction with third-party administrators
- Working closely with insurance brokers and benefits carriers to ensure domestic plans are operating in an efficient and economical manner
- Overseeing annual benefits renewal, open enrollment, and communications for our domestic populations; partner with our third-party vendors to ensure annual review and election process compliance for our international teammates
- Leading benefit benchmarking and annual employee surveys; make recommendations to Sr. Leadership Team on benefit best practices to ensure Nutrabolt remains an global employer of choice
Compliance
- Managing, preparing, and providing audit requests related to 401k, benefits, worker’s comp, EEO-1, and other audit that require material requests
- Ensuring compliance and timely reporting required for 401k, benefit, worker’s comp, and other audits
- Annually reviewing and filing of EEO-1 Report
- Annually reviewing and update Labor Law Posters in required states and territories
- Making recommendations to update employee handbook based on expanding geographies of employee location where country, regional, state, local, and territory laws may need to be considered
- Periodically reviewing employee handbook to make update recommendations based evolving economic demands and legislation passed (both domestically and internationally)
Leadership Responsibilities
- Leading a team to support the execution off the Total Rewards function
- Developing team through regular coaching, performance feedback, tracking development aspirations and plans, and mentorship
- Assigning team goals, projects, and metrics; and holding team accountable to meet outlined KPIs
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinating with HRBPs on innovative opportunities to recognize employees through total rewards strategies
- Serving as an active member of Nutrabolt’s Compliance committee
- Providing workforce demographic, compensation and benchmarking reports to management, as needed
- Becoming a ‘super user’ of HRIS to effectively run reports, extract data and maintain operational efficiency
- Identifying and recommending total rewards process improvements that help drive increased employee engagement
- Preparing and distributing annual Total Rewards statements
In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Benefit adoption, participation, engagement, and satisfaction rates
- Capability to derive compensation strategies that align to strategic company goals
- Administration, timeliness, and completion of compliance requirements, audits, and renewals
What You Contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting or Finance preferred
- 7+ years of HR experience in a Total Rewards role inclusive of benefits, payroll, compensation, and compliance; preferred at least 3 years in a leadership role
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in MS Suite, specifically Excel
- Demonstrated experience in industry standard HRIS’ such as Paycom, Workday, ADP, etc.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written verbal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates an analytical mindset and drills into data to find root cause
- Consistently demonstrates a solution mindset in all situations
