The Growth team uses data insights and operational excellence to build actionable plans and influence product roadmaps across Snap Inc. This team of Growth Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to actualize the growth and engagement of our community of Snapchat users around the world.
We’re looking for a Director, Growth and PMM Operations to join our team at Snap Inc!
What you'll do:
Lead ad sales and product alignment by setting joint goals between the two organizations
Establish best practices within the Growth and PMM organizations to reduce operational costs/overhead
Build data playgrounds for the rhythm of the business that allows for data-driven decisions for PMM and Growth and executives at Snap
Build and develop organizational alignment so that the teams are best positioned for success
Lead monetization strategy, our Ad product go-to-market, as well as providing business inputs into advertising products and the roadmap for these products.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to operationalize processes to ensure operational efficiency
Possess a rich understanding of compliance, operational excellence, and program management
Ability to analyze and use data to make clear, concrete decisions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the organization
An understanding of Snapchat with phenomenal product sense and product understanding
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
15+ years of experience driving strategic initiatives and growth across product marketing, monetization, sales, or partnership teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD degree other advanced academic work in a relevant field
Experience working with Social Media Brand and Performance Ads
An ability to build strong partnerships with fellow leaders and senior executives
A creative, strategic, and pragmatic leader
Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $305,000 - $435,000 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
