- Be the single-threaded owner of our pipeline efforts to support sales motions across products
- Drive targeted demand efforts for each of our sales segments (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise) through omni-channel personalized experiences to each of our core personas
- Build, coach and grow a team of talented individuals that will shape the way we go to market
- Be responsible for our account-to-cash process, including appropriate lead stages, correct routing, funnel performance, and pipeline creation for your programs
- Establish the data collection for key demand metrics across the funnel, working closely with our data analysts. Use this data to make informed decisions on what experiments to run quarterly to improve account engagement and pipeline creation
- Partner with Marketing Operations to establish best in class technology and processes part of our growth goals
- Work closely with senior sales leadership and product managers across the organization to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful programs that achieve desired outcomes
- Be the driver of ongoing communications, quarterly business reviews and influence a range of stakeholders including senior executivesÂ
- Partner closely with local marketing teams to support their local needs when creating demand for their sales regional teams
- Previous experience in product-led sales motions (bottoms up) and top down scaling pipeline needs for rapid growing companies
- Strong ability to gather input and establish alignment between a large number of senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of getting large global programs successfully implemented delivering results
- Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions and make business decisions
- Familiarity with Account-based marketing technology and processes (6sense, Terminus, Demandbase)
- Excels in verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude
