Role Summary:
As Globality’s Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads for C-suite executives. In this highly visible role, you’ll leverage your experience to create a program that consistently and efficiently attracts the attention of our fortune 500 prospects. You will be both strategist and executioner using your passion and energy to drive improvements in a rapid-pace environment.
What you will be doing:
- Build and execute against a strategy that drives customer acquisition and footprint expansion, and align with sales and marketing pipeline targets
- Coordinate and develop all marketing activities to generate top-of-funnel leads
- Analyze performance and determine required actions for campaigns and website
- Develop and execute demand generation campaign strategies and roadmaps to achieve quarterly pipeline goals and grow and nurture inbound leads
- Set targets, manage program budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
- Drive close alignment with marketing and sales teams on targets, campaigns, email nurture and follow-up strategies, and lead management and sales acceleration processes
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in selling transformational, new technology-based solutions to large enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a complex B2B enterprise sales environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including stakeholder management, procurement processes, and contract negotiations
- Demonstrated gravitas to interact at the C-suite level, as well as ability to partner with working-level influencers
- Exceptional collaboration skills to leverage talent, capabilities and assets across our leadership team, Board, product and marketing teams to create demand and close business
- Passion for disrupting the status quo of how business is done today, particular in the realm of procurement
The anticipated annual pay scale for this position is $180,000-$200,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Globality's total compensation package for employees. This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act.
