The COVID-19 pandemic has caused massive shifts in the way that consumers think about healthcare. Once willing to improve their daily routines and seek care from a doctor for every illness, ailment, or injury, patients have realized that healthcare can (and should) be delivered on their own terms, in the comfort of their own homes. In particular, testing - the entry point to understanding your health - has been revolutionized into a consumer-facing business. People have realized that they can cut out the overly-complex, expensive medical system by using new delivery modalities for testing. By doing this, every person can understand what's happening within their bodies and own their own health.

At its core, LivePerson is a business built on empowering consumers and helping them manage their most important intents. This is why LivePerson has teamed up with the owner of numerous healthcare diagnostics and clinical laboratory businesses to launch a digital, AI-powered joint venture to revolutionize the testing space.

We'll build the consumer marketplace for testing and screening services to shift care to the home, create standards that improve the experience, and bring resources directly to the consumer. Through the latest technology, clinical engines that identify a person's likely testing needs, and simple tie-ins to clinical support, the new venture is poised to transform how every American receives diagnostic care

Overview:

We are looking for a Head ofΒ  Growth Marketing to lead the growth of our startup business in the healthcare industry. You have a understanding of marketing and a compelling track record in acquisition through digital marketing. You will play an important role by redefining and building onΒ our growth strategy, refining our customer segmentation and scaling our channels and our spend to lead demand generation of our products. Your responsibilities will also include identification of the target audience, user engagement, acquisition, retention, upsell and recovery. You will envision and build a growth strategy and you will design impactful programs to lead demand generation of our products. You will report to SVP of Branding and Marketing.

You will:

  • Rapidly grow high quality users that will repeatly use company at a lowest CAC possible compared to the industry average.
  • Keep the high quality users engaged.
  • Drive organic growth through word of mouth and referrals.
  • Propose and test marketing activities.
  • Lead all our advertising and marketing efforts nationwide.
  • Guide the research and identification of target customer audiences.
  • Determine the most effective channel mix to attract target customers to our platform.
  • Create a unified advertising experience across diverse channels: OOH and print; TV and radio; performance and digital; PR, comms and media; organic social; affiliate marketing;
  • Significantly increase our nationwide brand awareness.
  • Support demand generation activities for B2B sales.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to measuring success across both performance and brand channels.

You have:

  • Experience producing revenue and high quality user growth for a startup or for a dynamic company with uncommon vision and with a creative and bold tone of voice.
  • Reputation as an experienced storyteller, not merely as an executor but as a creator creating compelling and out-of-the-box narratives to grow interest and engagement.
  • Experience in distill the complexity and industry jargon into simple messaging which resonates with customers.
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making
  • Experience leading a marketing department.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Experience developing action plans that hit customer acquisition targets
  • Experience as an important contributor in the journey of a growth stage, venture-backed startup.
  • High level of comfort working in a startup environment:, ambiguous, and an attitude to solving tough problems.
  • Place a high value on social and human relationships.
