Director, Growth Marketing
Job Description
We're on a mission to help people Eat More Plantsβ’, and we need your expertise!
Purple Carrot started with just a seed of an idea in 2014: Today, we are leading the charge for people to adopt a plant-based lifestyle in their homes and on-the-go. Purple Carrot's irresistible, globally-inspired recipes, fresh ingredients, and meals are available in the U.S. and Japan.
We're a team of dedicated and passionate people who are motivated to change the world for the better and have fun doing it. Here's what you're up for!
Purple Carrot is on a mission to help the world eat more plants. To do so, we're looking for an inspiring, creative Director of Growth Marketing to join us. You're more than a digital marketer - you think media planning across all channels. You create demand, not just capture what falls through the funnel. You'll be comfortable managing the latest in ad platform changes, of course, but your passion is to inspire action through creativity, and then communicate the message effectively. You think value propositions as much as promo strategy and are a well-rounded marketing leader at your core.
As an analytical and entrepreneurial leader, you will define and execute Purple Carrot's growth strategy. In this capacity, you will own the roadmap to accelerate Purple Carrot's growth - building growth loops, validating and scaling new acquisition tactics, owning channel-by-channel ROI analysis (CAC, LTV, AOV), and delivering compelling value propositions across touch points. We're committed to investing in scale, focused on helping to make plant-based eating mainstream.
As Director, Growth, you'll define the roadmap and vision for how more people establish their own plant-based habits with Purple Carrot. You are a curious and analytical self-starter, with a demonstrable track record of experience in paid and organic acquisition (Affiliate, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, Influencers), referral programs, and segmentation/personalization. You're excited to test the newest channels for growing an audience, and know the data needed to either disqualify or further invest in a channel.
