Job Description

They say that only 3% of your market is actively looking for your product at any given time. We're looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Director of Growth Marketing who can help us not only capture the demand of that 3%, but also generate demand among the other 97% so that Fleetio is top of mind when they're ready to buy. You'll focus on deeply understanding how Fleetio customers buy and combine that knowledge with your proven success at building effective integrated marketing campaigns to increase penetration within Fleetio's existing markets and reach net new ones.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation and customer retention campaigns focused within the fleet management software sector. Utilizing marketing strategies such as paid digital, email, direct mail, webinar, content syndication, and lead nurturing, the Director of Growth Marketing will deliver a consistent growth-focused marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will have experience leading SaaS-focused B2B demand generation campaigns, with strong analytical and metric-focused reporting. Cross-collaboration among the demand generation, content, brand, product marketing, partnerships, PR, and events teams is an essential job function, with prior experience identifying and prioritizing additional roles as a key requirement.
