Description
As our Director, Growth - Strategic Partnerships, you will support collaboration opportunities between Iterative Scopes and partner organizations that will accelerate our product and commercial objectives. This role will encompass helping to define and executing on the corporate growth strategy through collaborations agreements, geographic expansion and inorganic growth opportunities. You will be a business-minded strategic thinker who brings strong discipline to the company's priorities while being analytical and intellectually curious about the company's technologies. You will support and grow our strategic partnerships alongside the VP of Growth and cascade business objectives across company functions internally, collaborating with key functions to achieve Iterative Scopes objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leadership, Product, Business Development, ML/Engineering, Network Growth and Clinical Operations teams to understand and prioritize partnership needs from the business, in support of the Company's strategy.
• Continually engage existing strategic partners to ensure the success of current projects, as well as develop pathways to new areas of growth.
• Generate and support negotiation of term sheets and definitive agreements for new collaborations, coordinating with legal teams where necessary.
• Represent Iterative Scopes to external partners and develop tailored material for collaboration presentations, including company and product overviews, and opportunities for strategic alignment

Requirements & Qualifications

• You have experience scaling a health-technology company
• (Added bonus) You have experience working in the Gastroenterology / IBD therapeutic area
• Experienced at managing teams and can lead and mentor new members of the Growth team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate / growth strategy, consulting or investment banking including having a track record of growing successful partnerships.
• Experience working in successful Bio+IT companies is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in managing partnerships/service providers through execution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and focused on building relationships with team members.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Strong ability to communicate with external parties and influence decision-making processes through relationship building.
• Successful experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
