The Team & Role 

As a Director, GTM Enablement, you’ll help execute the plan to support onboarding, training and development programs for our Revenue Organization (SDR, sales, client onboarding and customer success). You will have a huge impact partnering with leadership across the organization to build a best-in-class training and development program. 

This is a high-visibility role that will collaborate across all functions of the business to enable our team to efficiently expedite clients to begin using the SevenRooms platform and  optimize client performance and decrease churn.

The SevenRooms GTM Operations & Enablement team is the heartbeat of our revenue organization. We are a diverse, global team working to help our customer facing teams to meet their business goals through creative problem-solving, data and deep product knowledge. Our team is a group of curious problem solvers who work cross functionally to move initiatives forward.

What You’ll Do
  • You will identify opportunities, skill gaps and tools the teams can leverage to ramp new hires to full production goals as quickly as possible
  • You will design and launch engaging new hire onboarding and ongoing training modules, to help the Revenue Organization become subject matter experts in their functions
  • You will  gather information across multiple teams and package it in an organized and digestible fashion to communicate efficiently across teams
  • You will participate in the development and design of team playbooks, training decks, and content utilizing ValueSelling Methodology
  • You will create certification competencies for on-boarding milestones and ongoing enablement training
  • You will create a curriculum to support revenue team goals
Who You Are 
  • You have experience with executing change management initiatives 
  • You’re self-motivated and have a high attention to detail
  • You have strong content creation skills with experience writing and documenting processes
  • You are a team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment
  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing training programs
  • You have strong interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills with a passion for people development, training, and teaching

    • The salary range for this role is $160,000.00 - $175,000.00. This is the range SevenRooms in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
