Job Description
This is a key strategic role that will focus on ensuring our revenue machine is aligned and consistent in our sales process, methodology, and positioning. This role ensures continuity of excellence across all our revenue functions (business development, account executives and directors, sales engineering) through onboarding, skill development, product, systems, and standards.Â
Join our Global Revenue Enablement Team to lead and innovate among the continued planning, design, and implementation of revenue enablement programs.
Role ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Own key programming content for programs such as SKO, quarterly enablement global programs, and Bootcamp style based seminars and workshops for new hiresÂ
- Create a strong product & industry enablement curriculum tailored to key revenue functions - from understanding technical product to industry use cases
- Alignment and collaboration with Revenue Leadership on standards and expectations for revenue organization – CRO, Sales VPs, VP of RevOps, etc.Â
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product marketing, data science and analytics, and revenue operations
- Key communicator of programs and impact of programs to the entire Pendo organization
- Lead a team of individual contributors and promote a culture of excellence
Minimum QualificationsÂ
- Must have domain expertise and be seen as a role model for the team in the following areas:Â
- Enablement skills: (consulting, design & development, training facilitation skills, presentation, program management, stakeholder management, and whiteboarding)
- Product & industry knowledge
- Selling methodologies & skills (e.g. value selling, MEDDICC, CoM)Â
- Operational skills (e.g. dashboards, CRM updates, sales tools, etc.)
- 5+ years of enablement experience at a fast growing, SaaS company
- Experience as an effective leader and people manager
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- 1-2 years of quota carrying experienceÂ
- Managed key stakeholders via influencing without authority
- Bias for action among ambiguity
- Proven project, time, and change management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Quick learner, self-starter
- Proven facilitator and content creator

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Texas is $146K - $180K.
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
