About this position

The Director, Hispanic Market will be responsible driving revenue growth for Plexus sales team on the LATAM and Hispanic market fronts through the development and execution of a market growth strategy. The Director is

responsible for taking the data from the data team and looking at the state of the business to create strategies to grow top line revenue in LATAM and Hispanic markets. They will also look at market trends and leader

collaboration and adjust and execute strategies that contribute to growth and efficiencies. The Director will provide business insights both proactively and reactively, to help leadership make decisions that will maximize

revenue and growth. The Director will manage and grow the sales team and infrastructure to enable the company to rapidly scale while providing guidance and market direction to the executive team.

What you'll do

  • You develop and execute strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth plans for LATAM and Hispanic markets. Growth plans include sales, recruiting strategy, rank advancement, and retention. Utilizes data mining techniques to perform various business modeling and analysis.
  • You create and lead a monthly corporate call to review ongoing projects, strengths, and opportunities. Additionally, make an execution plan for deliverables.
  • You partner with CFDO and GMs to develop a product roadmap to achieve desired sales goals.
  • You collaborate with CFDO and GMs to develop the LATAM and Hispanic markets strategic sales plan accompanied by KPIs and detailed budgets to achieve the company sales goals.
  • You lead and manage LATAM and Hispanic market sales projects from inception to execution, monitoring budgets and timelines to ensure we meet them both.
  • You direct the Data Analytics team to develop specific reports, dashboards, and measurements for all LATAM and Hispanic markets, including a focus on new leaders and growth areas.
  • You prepare comprehensive sales models integrating financial analysis, assumptions, and metrics. To develop recommendations and analyze past results and future outcomes in conjunction with market analyses.
  • You build and enhance sales models used to forecast and report the company's revenue and other key metrics, including daily sales data and forecasts.
  • You create and lead the development of ambassador-facing reports to support increased sales & retention within each organization.
  • You oversee and adjust daily international sales activities, including programs, promotions, or incentives to achieve desired sales goals.
  • You manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, and collaborate with other teams within the business to achieve your goals with the resources provided, never compromising ethical standards.
  • You assist in developing and delivering presentations for leadership.
  • Attend the Annual Convention and other company events as assigned. Create, lead, and participate in various projects as assigned.

You should have

  • You have a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. A master's is preferred.
  • You're a proven change agent with extensive experience growing the US Hispanic market.
  • You are results driven and hit or exceed your KPI's
  • You have a demonstrated ability to be engaging, build rapport and develop trust with customers, Ambassadors, and team members
  • You have proven expertise as an innovative thought leader with a clear vision to drive business strategy and complete complex projects.
  • You're a mentor and coach that holds your team accountable for delivering results.
  • You have advanced knowledge of data and can build complex models that provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • You have done your best work collaborating in a team with fresh and innovative ideas which come to the table with solutions to move the business forward.
