Director, Hospitality Sales

Boston-based company Piaggio Fast Forward Inc. (PFF) was founded in 2015 by the Piaggio Group (the Italian manufacturer that created the iconic Vespa scooter). The Opportunity

The Director, Hospitality Sales will lead the growth net new business and new pipeline in the Hospitality vertical for PFF. This role will report to the VP, Sales and require a deep understanding of the market and competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with project teams.

The Role

• Responsible for identifying and closing deals in the Hospitality space
• Be the face of PFF to the market and help position PFF as an industry leader and trusted advisor
• Have insight and experience with hotel operations and the problems, challenges, and opportunities to augment workforces with the added efficiency and safety from PFF robotics
• Leverage PFF’s product ecosystem to develop solutions that address the client’s business problems
• Ambitious force behind developing solutions
• Build and lead a team of sales professionals

The Skills Needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of relevant business development experience in the Hospitality space
• Track record of interacting and building relationship with organizations
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to define specific to ground-breaking solutions within abstract environments
• Well networked within the Hospitality space
