Secure Issuance provides cutting-edge products and solutions for the issuance of secure identity credentials. Our offerings are trusted by leading enterprises, organizations, educational institutions, and governments worldwide.

Your Role:

As the HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Secure Issuance Business Area and its leadership team in achieving their business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving performance and growth.

2. HR Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the achievement of business goals, providing insights on talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.

3. HR Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage an Associate HR Business Partner, setting clear goals and expectations to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and initiatives.

4. Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

5. Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall employee experience.

6. Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives within the business areas, including organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and process improvements.

7. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Significant knowledge and full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

Demonstrable experience in setting HR strategy and metrics to measure execution.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proven experience in providing strategic HR support and partnering with business leaders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Over 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.

Experience from M&A and integration processes is highly relevant, along with experience from working with both USA and Europe

Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.

Language Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, etc.).

Work Environment:

You will primarily work in an office environment within a well-ventilated area and may be exposed to moderate noise levels. Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required.

Work Requirements:

Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.

Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
