Honeywell is hiring for a HR Director, Global Sales position that will support the Sales Organization for Honeywell Building Solutions. The Director will act as HR Business partner to the senior sales executive and the global sales leadership. This role reports to VP HR for Honeywell Building Solutions.

We are looking for an Atlanta, GA based HR Director to support dynamic and transforming part of the business of a global technology company. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with multi-business management team and will play an essential role in the continuous strategic transformation of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with the leadership to build a strategic talent plan, aligned to the client organization's strategy.

• Acts as a trusted advisor and coach to the senior client leadership team while building deep client understanding and relationships, resulting in strategic alignment with the organization as well as organizational trust in, and partnership with, the HR function.

• Align organizational workforce plans with Talent Acquisition planning processes and Financial deliverables

• Assesses the talent needs of the client group through internal evaluations and external environmental scans to identify current and anticipated talent related issues.

• Uses comprehensive data and insights to inform business cases for changes to talent strategies or practices. Decisions and recommendations are informed by data, leading to improved outcomes and buy in. Talent implications are evaluated as part of the senior leadership team's decision-making process.

• Facilitates large-scale talent-related change management activities. Evaluates the impact of proposed changes on employees; advises the client groups on alternatives and change management.

• Partners with senior client group leaders to design organizational structure, job roles, and talent management processes to drive business unit performance.

• Lead succession planning & talent development strategies for the client group, identifying critical roles & preparing potential talent and pipelines for mentoring, training, etc.

• Drive performance driven culture across heavily matrixed, sophisticated org structure

• Maintain deep business acumen and understanding of the organization's financial status, product and service offerings, customer segments, and revenue-generation models.

• Provide business leaders and managers with an HR perspective on business decisions by leveraging strong knowledge of all HR functions.

• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on employees and manage change to minimize disruption to the business

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related areas

• Experience leading HR for commercial / global sales structures

• Proven track record of implementing and driving initiatives around Sales Incentive plans, Commercial teams engagement and org development

• Job requires high level of analytical skills and ability to comprehend large number of data points to define a strategy

• Experience leading in an environment of transformation and change
