The Director, HRBP to lead our Human Resources Business Partner team and drive the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business goals. As the Director, HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, collaborating with business leaders, and implementing HR programs that support employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HRBP roles, with a track record of building strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, collaborating on talent planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management initiatives. Align HR strategies and programs with business goals to drive organizational success.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition and management strategies. Advise on workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent development to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified and engaged employees.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and drive employee satisfaction. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address employee needs, promote diversity and inclusion, and facilitate effective communication.
- Performance Management: Provide guidance and support on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Advise managers on performance improvement strategies, recognition programs, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Organizational Development: Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and develop solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. Drive change management initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Advise on employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company values.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure and report on key HR metrics, trends, and insights. Provide meaningful analysis and recommendations to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, providing coaching, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering and strategic HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, working closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into effective HR strategies and programs.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to HR, with the ability to leverage HR metrics and analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing HRBP team.
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.
- Experience in the facilities management or service industry is a plus.
