About Your Contributions
  • Advise senior leadership and managers within the Revenue team on talent and organizational strategy matters to uphold Dotdash Meredith's high-performing teams and culture
  • Understand and articulate how Dotdash Meredith monetizes content, with a finger on the pulse of the Revenue team's priorities, strengths, and areas of opportunity
  • Own relationships across the business and communicate clearly about what is happening to leadership and partners, help the broader HR team connect dots and serve as a critical informational resource to Finance for planning
  • Write and deliver training and development programs with the HRBPs and cross-functional colleagues to foster our inclusive environment and facilitate growth opportunities for participants
  • Orchestrate change management in partnership with senior leaders and team members through strong communication and cross-team synchrony
  • Coach leaders to be able to own and navigate critical people programs and processes such as onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and talent development
  • Start conversations about vision and strategy with an express focus on how initiatives will shape people and culture, and offer strategic input to shape and grow Dotdash
  • Model, manage, and lead efforts to strengthen and reinforce our values and culture in an ongoing way
  • Suggest and then follow through to implement best practices to ensure the HR team stays aligned with business needs
About You:
  • Held roles such as Head of HR or HR manager, preferably in digital media
  • Lead with your critical thinking skills and are a confident decision maker and communicator
  • Expert knowledge in employment laws to ensure compliance
  • A self-starter and comfortable with self-directed work; comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to use discretion as well as maintain and safeguarding confidential information
  • Care about people and be passionate about values such as integrity and empathy
  • Must have a sense of humor and get energy from directly impacting the success of Dotdash Meredith
  • Experience with L&D, the KornFerry Leadership Architect and/or Clifton Strengths a plus
