About the Role

At FareHarbor, we are committed to driving excellence and innovation across our global operations. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global HR Business Partner Leader to provide direction and leadership to our HR Business Partnering team across various regions. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a collaborative environment.Ā Ā 

What you’ll do here:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions and operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Drive change initiatives across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Talent Initiatives: Oversee employee development, succession planning and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce aligned with business goals.
  • Performance Management: Implement and enhance performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and individual growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Workplace Culture: Effectively managing employee relations, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication to enhance employee experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Governance: Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; Review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related role, with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing HR teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in global HR practices and an understanding of cultural nuances in various regions.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Salary Range:Ā $127,600-$191,400, plus 20% bonus potential
