How you'll add value:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers and implementation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Methodology Development: Refine and innovate implementation methodologies and best practices to optimize deployment processes and enhance client outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure that implementation strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation challenges, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal departments, to support project success and long-term client satisfaction.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze implementation metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, driving team performance and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting practices, and restaurant operations to provide expert guidance and support to clients and team members.
- Training & Documentation: Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials and documentation, ensuring that implementation processes are well-documented and easily accessible.
- Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities as needed, offering implementation insights to bolster the sales process.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Product Feedback: Collaborate with the product development team, providing actionable feedback based on client needs and implementation experiences to drive product enhancements.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with restaurant management software, ERP systems, or cloud-based accounting solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

- This position has a salary range of $124,000-$135,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
