Oversee and direct Customer Operations within Aerospace ISC,driving world-class delivery and execution. You will work seamlessly with otherISC organizations including Rate Readiness, Quality, Operations, Procurement,Planning and the Customer Business Team to develop enhanced resolutions to meetor exceed productivity, quality, delivery and customers satisfaction goals andobjectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and forintervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure on time product delivery to meet customer requirements.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical supplier and customer issues.
  • Lead internal and customer meetings to present recovery plans, improvement projects and long-term solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage long term part health through demand planning in association with supply order management and critical supplier deliveries.
  • Ensure key ISC communications are delivered to customer business team, program management teams, and customers.
  • Develop & execute improvement projects to improve customer facing performance metrics and operational inefficiencies to increase ability in meeting future rate increases.
  • Ensure integration with the manufacturing site process including daily tie-outs with the various manufacturing leads, shipping and receiving departments, quality assurance, planning and procurement.
  • Facilitate supplier engagement activity to address delays in hardware delivery, order management misalignment and supplier readiness.
  • Assist in driving past due, late to load and any other critical items through the delivery process to ensure customer delivery dates are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate/execute short-term build plans on critical units.
  • Support Planners / Customer Managers as needed on IDO part shortages.
  • Coordinate with IDO sites arrival of critical material so it can be processed urgently.
  • Coordinate special shipments with Logistics teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate customer visits along with internal organizational readiness and assist in compiling information for monthly program reviews.
  • Support site initiatives such as work movement projects, capacity expansion and rate readiness to drive increased throughput.
  • Support aftermarket asset acquisitions, production return processing and critical need allocations across other businesses.
  • Escalate as required to ensure visibility from the customer business team, ISC leadership as well as other support organizations to drive actions resolving critical customer issues.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in working within large enterprise environment and across multiple functions
  • Experience in SAP, planning and production scheduling
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contract requirements
