Director, IT Product Specialist

Summary

We are hiring a Director of IT, Sales Systems for Databricks reporting to the Deputy CIO. You will be part of the Databricks CIO organization, working closely across Sales and Channel Development, and Field Engineering to create a capability roadmap for execution.

As part of the IT org, this role has the potential to have a massive impact on the business. You will be responsible for understanding friction points in interacting with the CRM system, developing a POV for a roadmap to address that, influencing the business, defining user stories, interacting with the developers in IT to get the roadmap executed upon, and be the product owner for the agile scrum team responsible for the delivery of these capabilities.

The Impact you will have:

• Create and drive a capability roadmap for execution and ensure that the IT product is adopted by the business teams
• Responsible for interacting with senior leadership in the Sales Ops organization and in building trust and partnership to drive execution
• The ability to influence the business and be the product owner for the Sales Systems capabilities

What we look for:

• Experience with different components in the CRM systems
• Territory management, sales performance management, opportunity management, sales forecasting, partner relationship management experience
• Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables
• Motivated by delivering customer value and impact
• Experience driving company initiatives towards customer satisfaction
• Experience with SFDC would be a plus
