JOB TITLE: Director, IT Project Management

JOB DUTIES: Develop, implement and maintain the tools and systems utilized by the teams supporting LNG plants. Complete feasibility studies, select solutions, and design and implement business driven technology applications and tools. Have project management responsibility, including financial/budget management and control of project costs. Manage the scope, design, development and implementation of applications, software components and tools that integrate into existing business systems. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and meet quality standards. Manage project(s) for the acquisition or development of software components or computer application systems, including s4 HANA. Manage vendors/contractors to assure they deliver the value and services as contracted. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with high quality. Provide work direction and guidance to members of the Project Team - personnel from business and IT. Plan team resource needs and works closely with other managers to set clear expectations and roles for project team members. Participate in process and technology re-engineering. Analyze and recommend implementation options. Provide business and technical integration across all related business activities. Communicate plans, statuses and issues to the leadership team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This job requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field and 2 years of professional progressive experience in any job title involving solving business problems with technology solutions at a LNG, Oil & gas or other complex industrial facility OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field and 5 years of professional progressive experience in any job title involving solving business problems with technology solutions at a LNG, Oil & gas or other complex industrial facility.

Must have 1 year of experience with each of the following: development and implementation of new technology, including s4 HANA 19 or higher; demonstrated successful development and implementation of new work processes or process improvements; working with stakeholders to develop solutions to complex business problems; and, hands-on experience for recommending, design and implementing technology solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Must have 2 years of experience with each of the following: demonstrated competency in project management and execution of multiple or larger projects; managing team of technical professionals; conceptualizing solutions, documenting them, and be able to present them to senior management, and defend the same; developing and delivering projects using (where appropriate) leading-edge technology; and, analytical and system design skills. Must have experience with each of the following: PPM solution that incorporates project and budget tracking concurrently; leading teams of business analysts or project management support staff; and, procurement management systems.

10% travel required.
