About the job
Segment Go-to-Market (GTM) is responsible for designing and delivering our service model for our Partnerships teams to drive sustainable partner growth. The team will work closely with Business, Marketing, and Product leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across these partner segments. The core capabilities of the team include defining and gaining alignment on our partnership service model (i.e., who we serve, what service is provided to achieve growth, how the service is provided and incentivized), defining measures of success (i.e., Impact, Productivity, Return on Investment), enabling change management with teams and developing pilots to test new models.
As Director, you will lead the team and be responsible for setting the service model strategy to ensure YouTube and our partners' long-term success, collaborating with Product teams to advocate for and prioritize the needs of partners, and help drive adoption of products and priorities. You will focus on driving productivity and improving the scale efficacy of our teams. You will interact with key stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment and work closely with regional teams to shape our localized GTM approach.
In this role, you will be a key contributor in a high-energy, growth environment. You will take initiative, partner with executive stakeholders to think through strategic issues, and communicate effectively with global teams to drive significant initiatives.

- Enable change management with teams, including defining roles/workflows and plans to manage changes, defining levers and sequencing (i.e., Full Time Employment vs. Vendor Agents vs. Service Providers vs. Communications), and landing portfolio refresh optimizations bi-annually.
- Maximize partner success by improving onboarding, driving smarter coverage, and optimizing incentives for partner managers. Sharpen our vendor operations and third-party partnership to strengthen execution at scale.
- Identify and develop execution strategy to incorporate AI-driven intelligence into our direct operations, in close collaboration with our Biztech and Product teams.
