Modivcare is looking for a Director, Learning and Development who will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's Learning and Development strategies and programs for the effective utilization of the organization's human capital in support of business initiatives

- Help drive company values and philosophy and ensure all learning and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
- Develop and implement organizational training policies and programs.
- Direct the assessment of skill gaps or training needs, the creation of training content or materials, and the coordination and delivery or training sessions.
- Contract with external vendors for employee participation in outside training programs. Evaluate and select HR-related vendors or service providers as necessary.
- Assist the senior management team in developing human resource strategies.
- Manage communication programs and monitor effectiveness measures.
- Develop and conduct internal management and non-technical training programs.
- Be responsible for training programs that focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, organizational culture, customer service and leadership skills.
- Develop programs to assist employees with transitions due to business changes (e.g. technology upgrades, acquisition, mergers).
- Manage the interactions with functional organizations to develop specifications for content and tailoring of courses to meet employee needs and facilitate the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Subject Matter Experts to create accurate, appropriate, and engaging training material.
- Oversee reporting on training successes and improvements needed and track key business indicators to determine the effectiveness of current training and development programs.
- Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Twelve (12) plus years' experience in Learning and Development, Training, or Human Resources.
- Five (5) plus years' leadership responsibility.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Salary: $137,466 - $206,101
Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance
