Director, Learning and Development
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall direction and success of CaroMont Health's learning and development programs. Expectation to develop a strategic plan that includes design, delivery methodology and measurement of program effectiveness that is informed by the organizational strategic plan. Leads a team of Learning and Development experts who educate and support our mission, vision and CARES values. Leads the continued development, delivery and evaluation of a multi-year, system-wide plan for leader and staff development. Integral role for attracting, developing and retaining talent.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in health/business administration, education, human resources, psychology or closely related field required. Requires at least 3 years of experience in health care environment with a strong understanding of clinical operations. Clinical education or experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to lead, guide and influence peers in a fast paced and complex business environment.
