Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Director of Enablement, Post-Sales. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the teams responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of comprehensive onboarding and continuous education programs for new and existing employees in the Post-Sales organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, aligning them with our organizational culture, and accelerating their integration into their respective roles. In addition, the candidate will oversee the ongoing and continued education program for all Post-Sales roles.
Responsibilities:
Program Development:

  • Design and develop a robust onboarding and continuous education program that aligns with goals, values, and strategic objectives of the Post-Sales organization within Dynatrace.
  • Refine the Dynatrace Professional Development, Onboarding and Continuous Education Programs to align with future business goals and strategy of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional senior leaders to identify onboarding and continuous needs for Post-Sales business units and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Develop prescriptive curriculum and certification requirements based on skill-set and knowledge needs for all Post-Sales roles, in consultation with the various business units in Post-Sales.


Content Curation:

  • Direct the curation of content, including introductory materials, product training modules, professional development resources and job-specific skills, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and reflective of our company culture.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
  • Consider Dynatrace go-to-market, product development and related strategies to curate content to best support our business objectives.


Process Implementation:

  • Implement standardized, scalable, global onboarding and continuous education processes to ensure consistency across departments and locations. Assess geographic specific needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Work closely with People and Culture and other stakeholders to streamline orientation sessions and technology setup for new hires.


Training and Development:

  • Manage the delivery of professional development programs, onboarding curriculums and continuous education training sessions. Collaborate with People and Culture to synchronize training on company policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Identify opportunities for learning and development throughout the onboarding and continuous education journey.


Feedback and Improvement:

  • Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from new hires, post-sales colleagues and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of onboarding and education programs.
  • Use feedback data to make continuous improvements to the onboarding experience.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with People and Culture, business unit leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between onboarding and broader talent management strategies.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between departments to facilitate a cohesive onboarding experience.


Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding success, such as time-to-productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on skills development and distribution, including industry and product certifications.


Compliance:

  • Ensure that education programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including compliance with industry-specific standards.


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Social Science or another related field, Learning Sciences, Business Development or related field, or relevant experience


Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent program management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of People and Culture policies, employment laws.
  • Master's degree in training & development, organizational development, or Human Resource Management, preferred.
  • Human Resource certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, ISPI etc.
  • Experience in the technology industry preferred.

Management Responsibilities:

  • This role will have direct reports, including managers of various education functions collectively providing onboarding and continuous education to internal post-sales audiences.


Additional Information
DOE, annual salary is $160K - $200K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
