Ceribell, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Director of Legal Operations to join our dynamic legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our legal department's operations. This includes contract lifecycle management (CLM), e-billing, knowledge management (KM), compliance, and intellectual property (docket) management systems. Ensure the legal department remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

  • Integration Expertise: Coordinate the seamless integration of the CLM system (IronClad) with other organizational systems, such as order management, NetSuite, and Salesforce, to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience in legal operations, contracts management, and intellectual property management.

  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on knowledge of technology system selection, IronClad CLM implementation, technology training, and system maintenance.

  • Sector Diversity: Experience in both private and public sectors, with exposure to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech industries. Prior experience in a start-up or high-growth company is a valuable asset.

  • Adaptability: The ability to translate business requirements into automated system tasks and workflows. A flexible approach to adjust and scale in response to evolving business requirements.

  • Client-Centric: A strong orientation towards teamwork and client service, coupled with proven project management skills and a dedication to continuous growth and improvement.

  • UI/Architecture Expertise: The ability to customize the front-end user interface and coordinate back-end system architecture for CLM and/or docket management systems is a plus.

  • Executive Reporting: Previous experience reporting to a General Counsel or other C-suite executive is preferred.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required, and possession of a Project Management Certificate is a definite advantage.
