Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year of leadership experience in a large-volume production environment, operations or service delivery
  • 1 year of experience managing a budget or P&L
  • 2 years of experience as a training, coaching and mentoring leader

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years of leadership experience in operations or service delivery
  • Experience leading teams of 25 or more people
  • Digital Press Operator certificate
  • Production experience in print services, mail services or other high-volume services
  • Advanced knowledge of high-volume print services and/or wide format print solutions

Job Summary

As the Director of Print and Mail Operations, you'll provide leadership, strategy and vision to your team and serve multiple partner companies. This means being accountable for creating and maintaining world-class teams and processes that ensure volume, cost, quality and on-time delivery of services. Our ideal candidate has vast experience working in a print implant or production print facility and would have some experience with marketing print production.

  • Drive a client service mindset into actions that support our business partners and their team members
  • Model strong leadership that embraces diversity, promotes clarity and drives results
  • Evaluate and develop the skills of leaders through honest feedback, personal coaching and performance reviews
  • Work with senior leadership to implement strategic plans that support the team members, business partners and shareholders
  • Inspire a team environment that promotes accountability and strategic thinking
  • Document processes to continually evaluate and enhance our delivery of services
  • Deliver consistent improvements through OKRs, goals setting and service standards
  • Measure success and drive change through metrics, identifying trends, corrective actions and successes
  • Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables clearly defined
  • Evaluate products and vendors that elevate our environment and encourage innovative solutions
  • Select, analyze and review vendors that deliver services within budget and exceed expectations
  • Analyze spending, cost benefits and conduct budget reviews
  • Engage in partner meetings to discuss business needs and service delivery achievements
  • Recommend hardware and software solutions to improve delivery and or cost-effectiveness of service
