Position Overview
The Director, Market Development D&M will lead a team that executes market development for Design and Manufacturing in the AMER region. They will be responsible for managing market development managers, supporting them in driving alignment of business stakeholders, thought leadership for Design and Manufacturing, awareness on Digital Transformation. Leading strategic realization execution by aligning all needed stakeholders, development of an AMER plan as well as industry related, GTM activities is part of the job.
This individual will foster teamwork, guide the market development mangers in co-developing the plans with sales, corporate GTM and industry strategy teams, field marketing and product development and monitor success and results.
They will foster the development of expansion plans based on aligned business growth goals. They will help the market development managers to identify sales and marketing opportunities and support campaign development to win target customers in key industry segments in order to optimize Autodesk business goals and brand reputation in the marketplace and will be measured on billings and ACV / revenue growth.
This role requires interaction and driving alignment with various internal and external teams, including partners. It also requires strong leadership and team development skills.
Responsibilities
- Aligning with GEO sales leadership
- Hiring & developing a team
- Support thought leadership activities for MFG
- Effectively promoting Digital Transformation to partners and customers
- Effectively enables team members to communicates strategies and GTM plans to achieve Autodesk's and MFG goals
- Analyzes key metrics and biz health for the GEO in order to initiate action plans for optimization
- Effectively supports and enables the team to network and communicate with multiple regional and global internal stakeholders to ensures country pan development and execution
- Collaborates effectively with regional sales management, teams and GEO VP
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of professional market development experience with specific knowledge and skills

Target Pay for this Position (Colorado): $ 205,000
