KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Biofourmis is seeking a Director, Marketing, Content Strategy at an exciting time for this fast-growing organization. The incoming Director will own and be accountable for the development, execution and results of the brand content strategy across Biofourmis business verticals. This newly created role will help simplify the storytelling for a complex business model to accelerate adoption across key customer segments (health systems, risk bearing entities, and life sciences companies). You will work closely with The VP Marketing and cross-functional commercial colleagues to deliver high impact content for sales enablement, webinar, conference digital tactics to build a market leading omni channel content strategic to accelerate Biofourmis' brand awareness and commercial success.
This person should have previous experience working in complex healthcare markets driving strategy for and execution of dynamic content plans. They are also a metrics-driven leader empowered by new challenges and inspired by our mission to bring the right care to every person, no matter where they are. The ideal candidate has clear, demonstrable experience in succeeding in a fast-paced start-up like environment and has expertise with healthcare marketet. Lastly, the director must embody the Biofourmis culture which is rooted in curiosity, trust, results, community, and a drive to shape a brighter future.
This role will report to the VP of Marketing.
The Director, Content Marketing will:
- Drive full stack marketing efforts across brand, product marketing, and client success marketing.
- Manage and build high-functioning content programs across multiple platforms, personas, and market segments.
- Create scalable content strategies that increase revenue growth, through reliable execution with a focus on building awareness, generating and accelerating high quality leads, and measuring results.
- Develop segment specific messaging and content strategies to reach targets and achieve desired results.
- Empower an expert sales team to truly stand out in a busy market and accelerate deals.
- Execute with rigor and attention to detail, to ensure that milestones are accomplished on time and on budget
- Own communication of plan and results to marketing leadership and key commercial partners across the organization
- Bring a growth mindset to a highly collaborative and supportive team environment
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
This Marketing Leader must be a proactive, self-directed, business-oriented leader with proven experience in building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. This leader must have passion, energy and intellectual curiosity required for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment where there are many things to be accomlished.
- 10+years of Healthcare, HealthTech or B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- Demonstrated well-developed functional marketing skills and results in previous roles.
- Proven strategic thinker and innovative communicator with an ability to lead the development of content programs that are distinctive, relevant, creative, measurable, and aligned to the strategic direction of the business.
- Demonstrated expertise as an experienced storyteller across distinct customer segments and digital platforms.
- Experience working with cross functional teams, including with external agencies, freelancers, and media.
- Knowledge in using Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g.,Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot), Outreach.io, and other martech tools.
- Proven ability to juggle many tasks, move forward in ambiguous situations, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of building, implementing, and owning dynamic content strategies from concept to execution.
- Experience developing messaging, positioning, and understanding complex use cases, including technology and services, to multiple personas.
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams and gathering competitive intel to inform and develop enablement materials.
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail with a high sense of urgency, and proactive decision-making capabilities- a bias for action.
- A dynamic communicator with a strong appreciation for and focus on company culture.
- Able to influence and lead through words and actions.
- Undergraduate degree. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
