Director Marketing Programs
Job Description
- Collaborate and develop a world-class marketing campaign strategy and lead the execution of global growth marketing programs with a team of marketing professionals responsible for marketing automation, CRM, campaign management, global events management, and business development.
- Oversee and manage the development of global integrated campaigns that will yield new opportunity for sales and customer account management.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to define the most effective global campaign strategy to accelerate the global growth of Logility products and services.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to define digital strategy, and content requirements for global campaigns.
- Provide direction and guidance to event teams and third-party agencies and contractors concerning the execution of the respective campaigns.
- Accountable for generating qualified opportunities to build pipeline against the global revenue targets through the Business Development, Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Develop, and manage global demand and customer conversation metrics, oversee and manage global reporting for executive leadership.
- Develop and manage metrics and continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness, integrated campaign ROI, identify key market segments, and audience with greatest potential.
- Manage and allocate the annual campaign budget, develop and maintain pipeline and full funnel forecasts and track channel and program performance against the annual plan and monthly/quarterly targets.
- Continuously review, measure, and optimize campaign spend.
- Develop and maintain SLAs with the Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams and help them meet their pipeline and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for inbound and outbound marketing, and continuously monitor and leverage martech tools that will foster prospect and customer account engagement, and accelerate opportunity conversion, and increase opportunity value.
- Track, and manage marketing funnel in collaboration with sales and operations including volume, velocity, conversion through stages, opportunity value, industry, geo, and personas.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Requires a minimum 10+ years of marketing leadership, demand generation experience.
- Supply Chain Management software marketing expertise is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Team leadership experience, P&L experience strongly preferred.
- Expert level experience with marketing automation.
