About the Role:
Tubi is looking for a Director, Media Investment & Strategy to join our world-class marketing team. Reporting to the VP, Brand & Consumer Marketing, you will oversee Tubi’s Media Investment Strategy for North America, including planning, activation, and measurement for both Brand and B2B initiatives. You will bring media planning and marketing technology expertise, having experience with full-funnel KPIs.Â
We are looking for this hire to be located in San Francisco or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Guide Media investment strategies mapped to a full funnel suite of marketing KPIs for consumer and B2B initiatives
- Oversee media agency efforts, including elements of planning along execution of online and offline channels including Paid Social, CTV/OTT/OLV, Programmatic, Audio, OOH, Linear Television
- Build and manage relationships with platform partners and proactively experiment new ad solutions to drive business outcomes
- Develop a partnership with Tubi’s Growth Marketing division, creating a Full-funnel roadmap and success story
- Develop best practice for media operations in partnership with agency
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experienceÂ
- 10+ years of relevant experience, working at a media agency / in-house media role (experience in Entertainment, Streaming, Tech verticals a bonus)
- Change agent with a thirst for new trends, media technologies, and being first-to-marketÂ
- In-Platform experience, working with biddable channels to guide technology choices and process (Paid Social, Online-Video Platforms, DSPs)
- Technical media operations knowledge, being well-versed in full-funnel media measurement and appropriate KPIs
- Proven ability to work across broad cross-functional teams to drive complex projects to successful completion
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office / Google suite, storytelling with slides and formatting with sheets
