Maven is looking for an experienced B2C content marketer who is looking to bring your passion for women's and family health to work! As the Director of Content Marketing, you will be on our Member Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Member Growth Marketing.
As Director of Member Growth Content Marketing at Maven, you will:

• Develop and own member-facing messaging, and the content strategy to drive enrollment
• Create member personas to drive the prioritization of our content strategy
• Craft clear and concise messaging that brings the value of Maven to life for potential members
• Build a plan for ongoing member message testing and optimization
• Develop a strategy to nurture and convert eligible members
• Serve as a subject matter expert to other members of the Member Growth Marketing team, ensuring that key content and consistent messaging are being leveraged
• Manage the email platform for Member Growth Marketing, advising on best practices for outreach
• Measure the results of your work to inform future content themes and messages

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant B2C marketing experience
• Strong commercial/growth mindset and passion for the end user
• Experience developing content strategies and user personas
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare or benefits experience; B2B2C focus a plus
• Experience with Braze or similar email marketing platform
• Start-up experience

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive bonus, stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
