The Director, Mobile Engineering Services (MES) Solutions is responsible for the firm's engagement / agreement with all MES clients. This person is responsible for ensuring the development of high-quality service delivery models and effectively managing MES risk in participation in broader pursuits. The Director, MES Solutions also supports the management of client relationships and is responsible for identifying opportunities to expand service coverage.

The Director of MES Solutions has the following primary objectives:

Ensure consistently high-quality service delivery models designed to meet and exceed client expectations and firm financial objectives, within the firm's ability to deliver. Create competitive service solutions that drive value for the firm's clients while minimizing risk to the firm by properly estimating, costing, pricing, and contracting for the same. Support the negotiation and closure of new contracts, transition, transformation, and on-going development of new MES clients. Develop to extend the MES commercial model to the broader static engineering organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Pricing: < 20%

Refine the overall MES value proposition and commercial strategy to assure it aligns with market expectations and delivers tangible benefit to the firm. Manage standard price lists and annual pricing escalations in coordination with MES Finance. Assure commercial strategy is aligned with broader IFM and CS strategy.

Own all deliverables that will be necessary for response and business planning including but not limited to:
  • Site tours
  • Solution development
  • Cost modeling/pricing (align with corporate proforma)
  • Org structure
  • Scope clarification
  • MES and Corporate pursuit reviews
  • Assumption, risk and risk mitigation documentation
  • MES Finance & Operations review and approval
  • MSA development and alignment with proforma
  • Legal review and approval
  • Internal MOU development approval/sign-off as appropriate
Organic Growth: 20-40%

Work with MES operations teams to identify current CS and MPM accounts that could benefit from MES "self-perform insourcing solution" and pursue Account Leadership and Client contacts to grow footprint within current Client relationships within the firm. Be identified by Business Line & Account Leadership as the SME and participate in Regional/Local meetings as appropriate to drive awareness and organic growth.

RFP Process and New Client Pursuits 20-40%

Help identify potential for MES Solutions within the CS SD pursuit/RFP process. Identify target non-CS opportunities through focused Business Development research through non-traditional channels (Broker lead, Corrigo Clients, Direct to market, etc.).

Marketing & Knowledge Management < 20%

Coordinate with Marketing to assure all internal and external collateral is current and reflects our best solutions, practices, value proposition, and pricing is applied to every deal

Governance < 20%

Assure that all stake-holders are aware of and are leveraging MES internal best practices and tools on every deal. Coordinate with broader governance efforts within IFM and CS.

Education & Training

Min - Bachelor's degree

Preferred - MBA

Years of relevant experience

Min - 5+ of sales experience, and 10+ years of industry related experience

Preferred - IFM Product Knowledge
