The role will lead and guide the Health Systems business strategies, decisions and execution of business objectives with information, wisdom and actionable insights from data. Be the key influencer in how data and analytics will improve business and operational outcomes for the North America Health Systems organization.

As the Director, North America Analytics, you will effectively manage all departmental operations, and promote innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of the team's work, while delivering new and sustaining/improving effective business dashboards/ BI solutions for the organization, ensuring that all data systems and tools enhance the desired operational and business improvements.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation as we continue to improve upon operational efficiencies.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Develop and executes on Business Intelligence, Analytics, and data strategy to effectively accomplish overall goals of the business and define as well as own the roadmap to move the organization to become an analytics and actions driven enterprise.
  • Drive a customer centric analytics focus influencing the sales and service collaborative strategy to customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate, partner, and influence global initiatives including the future information warehouse and aligning NA reports/dashboards into global sustained dashboards and tools where applicable and relevant.
  • Interface and represent the business with the Philips IT organization (where relevant) to ensure successful solutions are implemented and sustained.
  • Drive the lean journey across the functions utilizing lean practices and tools to standardize, improve and simplify outcomes. Bring outside industry perspectives and emerging trends to improve analytics capabilities, standards and develop best in class solutions.
  • Lead an organization with consolidated sales and service analytics and data solutions functions and teams that leverages common/shared tools, competencies and a shared platform increased speed and shared outcomes across the market.
  • Able to adjust communication and style depending on audience expertise and accountability.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree, preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and developing Analytics teams in Operations or Supply Chain Management
  • Advanced excel skills with ability to drive forecasting, decision making & daily management through data with clear cause and effect.
  • Experience with communication & content creation for various levels of stakeholders including executive level
  • Self-starter with ability to drive continuous improvement in a matrixed, lean-focused environment
  • Strong organizational skills, self-disciplined, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively & create content towards various levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Your team

Is comprised of members from North America, Commercial Operations. For this role, you will report into the Revenue & Sales Operations Leader, North America.
