We are seeking a talented and experienced new business and sales leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, target and close new clients. Candidates must have experience prospecting in digital advertising with a successful track record of closing new business in Programmatic (display, on-line video, audio/podcasts, native, CTV/OTT, social).

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background from the advertising agency world with experience in selling digital media plans that are connected to creative work.Β  Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and current trends. A strategic thinker with a track record of success in growing new client relationships is key.

Core Responsibilities

This is a senior level position for a proven leader with 10+ years of advertising or media agency experience with a track record of acquiring new clients. The specific roles and responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to identify and target new clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key new clients decision makers
  • Leading pitches and presentations with new clients, including creating compelling and effective proposals
  • Collaborating with teams across the agency (such as creative, strategy, trading, etc) to develop and deliver high-quality work for new clients
  • Managing the new business budget and tracking progress against targets and goals
  • Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and upsell additional services
  • Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to build the agency's reputation and increase exposure to potential new clients

Compensation: Salary range for this position is $165,000 - $190,000+ based on your experience and qualifications.
