This role is a senior client leadership position focused on driving long-term partnerships with large, self-insured employers through advanced healthcare data analytics solutions. You will serve as a strategic advisor, translating complex healthcare claims data into clear, actionable insights that help clients optimize cost, improve plan performance, and make better decisions. The position combines relationship management, consultative problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal analytics, clinical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction. A key part of the role involves shaping client strategy through data storytelling and performance insights tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a highly visible role where client success, analytical depth, and strategic communication directly influence business impact and growth.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead strategic account relationships, oversee delivery of analytics solutions, and ensure clients derive measurable value from healthcare data insights.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for self-insured employer clients, building long-term, trusted advisory relationships.
  • Translate complex healthcare claims and analytics data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
  • Lead client meetings, business reviews, and presentations to ensure alignment on goals and performance outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal teams including data science, clinical, and operations to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing client success, including data intake and implementation support.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, and improved client outcomes.
  • Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to align client needs with product and solution development.
  • Requirements:

    This role requires a seasoned account management professional with strong healthcare analytics experience and the ability to operate at the intersection of data, client strategy, and relationship leadership.

    • 5–8+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or related roles.
    • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with exposure to claims data.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare payment integrity concepts and self-insured employer environments.
    • Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and driving strategic outcomes.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities in fast-paced environments.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, or related field required; master’s preferred.
