About the Role
 
Fivetran is looking for a Director of Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, this role will work closely with the Digital, Integrated Campaigns, Content, Partner, and Product Marketing teams. Fivetran views the Enterprise market as one of its most significant opportunities for growth and needs a leader to take our ABM efforts to the next level.
 
What You'll Do
  • Develop and deliver a quarterly and annual ABM strategy focusing on helping our Sales team hit their Pipeline and Revenue goals at our target accounts.
  • Lead and strengthen a team of stellar marketers by inspiring them and pushing them into creating extraordinary programs.
  • Share your success by communicating with masterfully detailed campaign briefs that outline objectives and tactical campaign elements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior sales and marketing leaders to align teams around our campaign strategy and enable them to turn engagement into pipeline and revenue.
  • Improve the efficiency and throughput of the campaigns team and create scalable, predictable, and repeatable demand programs.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops around important metrics, forecasting, and providing executive leadership with insights and recommendations on performance.
  • Partner with our Sales and Business Development teams to maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.
Skills We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and achieve results.
  • Management experience (at minimum 3+ direct reports)
  • Demonstrated track record of building pipeline in partnership with Sales Development.
  • Extensive experience building out Account Based marketing programs, goals, and alignment.
  • Experience with a modern B2B marketing and data stack.
  • Passionate about marketing, data, and telling incredible stories to the right audiences at the right time.
