Director of Advisor Relations
Job Description
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.Â
Nearly half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.
Why Partnerships @ Human Interest?
We are a rocket ship and Partnerships is a key initiative for the company this year. We're looking for a fast, creative, forward-thinking, meticulously organized, and self-motivated professional who lives by the 10X rule. You'll be ramping up our partner marketing programs to help us exponentially reach more small businesses across the United States through different partner types in Fintech: tech partners (payroll/HRIS), benefits brokers, financial advisors, CPAs, and consultants. This role requires a “jack-of-all-trades” mentality that is proactive and can create their own solutions when needed, and adapt to additional responsibilities which may span across partner marketing, partner operations, and sales enablement. And as we go 24,791 mph, you should be comfortable with change.

- Represent Human Interest to C-Suite executives at financial institutions to create long-lasting partnerships through effective communication of the Human Interest value proposition.
- Work cross-functionally between Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Product to anticipate emerging issues before they become problems. This role will be focused alongside our Sales, Product and Marketing teams to deliver high-producing partnerships, which continue to accelerate dramatic sales growth.
