Director of Audit, Compliance

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Audit Director to oversee our payor audit response and process. You will partner with the account management team and the payor audit team. You will maintain audit metrics and make recommendations on how to improve overall company performance. You will report to Compliance leadership.

You will...

• Create process flow for receipt of audit requests and responses
• Develop Client Audit Playbook
• Manage responsiveness to audit requests
• Help reduce unreasonable audit findings and assist account management with resolution monitoring
• Communicate audit findings appropriate partners

Salary: Salary: $111,186 - $165,671 / annually

Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance.
