Job Description
We are in search of an experienced Director of Brand Experience to lead our in-house creative agency and promotional marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in guiding a team of talented professionals in photo, video, content creation, strategy, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the in-house creative agency, ensuring effective team collaboration and output.
- Work closely with Brand Managers and the VP of Marketing to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with internal PR, Social Media, Content, and Digital teams to deliver integrated brand experiences.
- Act as a key advisor and support to our VP of Marketing, particularly in areas of creative and promotional strategy.
Qualifications
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in building strong, consumer-centric brands at all stages of growth (emerging, fast-growing, and established).
- Strong background in managing creative teams (preferably as a Creative Director or similar) and implementing brand strategies.
- Leadership skills capable of motivating and guiding a diverse creative team. Ability to lead large teams toward a common goal.
- In-depth knowledge of promotional marketing and the ability to turn ideas into successful campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in brand and/or promotional marketing for consumer goods brands or similar roles.
- Proven experience in a leadership position within a marketing or creative agency.
