Overview
We are seeking talented and ambitious people who have a track record of strong performance.
As part of the Marketing organization, the Director of Brand Marketing will lead our B2B marketing and communication efforts showcasing Rev’s sales development platform. The role will develop and deploy strategies and tactics to create a deep relationship with existing and potential customers, driving awareness for Rev’s products, ultimately growing our client base and fueling brand reputation. The Director of Brand Marketing will also define and articulate Rev’s value proposition, market positioning, content strategy, and develop ongoing campaigns to fuel company growth.

This position is full-time and remote.


What you'll be doing

  • Develop marketing strategies to drive exposure and business performance/growth with a passion for brand narrative. 
  • Lead PR/Media relations efforts including engaging with journalists, influencers and industry analysts
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers
  • Collaborate with executives and team leaders across the company on strategic, high visibility events
  • Work with a myriad of stakeholders in creating event-related content, including presentations, booth messaging and more. 
  • Work with sales and marketing team to secure client and industry speakers
  • Manage end-to-end brand presence and content calendar across website, social media, and various marketing assets
  • Oversee and create copy for inbound and outbound marketing & demand generation purposes - including but not limited to blogs, white papers, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Ensure consistency in message and tone across every customer touchpoint with content - email and ad campaigns, website / customer-facing collateral, and the product UI itself.
  • Utilize strong partnership management and influencing skills - including internal partners and external partners, agencies and vendors


Qualifications

  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast paced and growing environment.
  • 7+ years relevant marketing experience, leading brand, marketing or communications efforts including minimum of 5 years experience in content strategy, content creation, public relations, and social media management at a high-growth brand
  • Prior B2B marketing/communications experience, preferably working with SaaS technologies
  • Comfort using data to drive strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Strong ability to oversee the quality of production of a range of content and copy types
  • Experience in B2B software/technical market segments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in English Writing/Journalism or equivalent preferred
