We are looking for a Director, Brand Partnerships to join the Nutrafol Brand Marketing team and help shape the way we show up in the world. Ideally, you have experience with an in-house team, collaborating with multiple departments in a growing company. You’ll be responsible for contributing to the overarching brand strategy by executing partnerships & special projects that connect with our audience and drive brand and product awareness, favorability, conversion and advocacy.Â
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead partnership strategy by aligning Nutrafol's brand and offering with like-minded brands and audiences through innovation and creativity.Â
- Manage all aspects of Nutrafol’s partnership marketing program including program and pitch development, business case and negotiations.
- Lead partnership executions including conceptualization, creative briefing, development, communication of strategy, roll out and business impact.Â
- Responsible for the measurement and attribution of partnership’s impact on brand and overarching business. Work closely with the Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Insights to ensure proper measurement and evaluations of impact.Â
- Manage partnerships budget including revenue management.
- Act a partnership expert within and externally to Nutrafol responsible for sourcing, vetting, and building relationships with brands to promote Nutrafol brand, mission and products.Â
- Manage team members, delegate work, and provide support to ensure project success.Â
- Work with appropriate team members to develop scope, budget and timelines for projects.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors.Â
- Manage, track and report on project timelines and progression to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Travel as necessary for event and partnership executions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar discipline.Â
- 8-11 years of experience in brand marketing with an emphasis on brand partnerships; experience working within a DTC company is required - wellness or beauty brand experience is preferred.Â
- 5 + years of management experience; passion for inspiring and mentoring junior team members in the future.
- Entrepreneurial: able to bring new ideas to the table and execute on them with little oversight from the team.Â
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels within the organization.Â
- Proven track record of success defining and delivering innovative disruptive ideas to drive long term business results.
- Appetite for problem-solving and a love for fast-paced, constantly-changing environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage your workflow and ask for feedback as needed.
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$160,000—$175,000 USD
