We are a small company that is growing. We need a motivated sales leader who is interested in helping us expand in the western region of the US. Our team is fully REMOTE. This is a rare opportunity to be on the ground floor of building a sales function for a small company. We're looking for someone who can bring creativity and agility to make an immediate impact. This is a hands-on role, you will be expected to dive into full cycle sales to drive revenue. First and foremost, you will learn, be challenged, teach, collaborate, and positively impact people every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue generation from the Western region of the US.
- Participate in creating the growth strategy for the business and be a key member in implementing the strategy.
- Our approach is collaborative in every way. Partner with developers, product managers, leaders, designers and other technical experts through a complex sales cycle from initiation, scope, and close new and interesting clients.
- Create human centric solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling case studies and campaigns designed to generate leads. Engage in activities focused at generating client awareness of Integral and/or demand for the value we can bring. Participate in community events and networking opportunities.
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.
- Drive to action with data driven approaches. Create transparent process and have discipline with using technologies to help track our growth.
- Identify and engage with prospects who match our core values of accountability, kindness and humility.
- Understand current industry trends that affect target markets.
- Maintain a positive and ethical work environment that is conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a sales professional within the Professional Services or Technology space.
- Proven success in sales - lead generation, acquisitions, and relationship management specifically in the software professional services space.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for a changing environment.
- Great communication skills and strong ability to impact all levels within and outside of the organization.
- Comfortable with strategic and tactical pieces of a growing sales function.
- Must have highly collaborative approach. Ability to work effectively both individually and with a team. Willing to accurately document efforts and transparently share pipeline results with team.
- We are a remote organization, must be savvy with technology and tools to engage with people in an effective way. While we are remote, we will travel for important meetings and events. Must have ability to travel 25% of the time.
- Must be US resident and reside in the pacific time zone.
