AdCellerant is an award-winning tech-enabled services company that has brought Madison Avenue-level digital marketing solutions to Main Street businesses since 2013. We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.


Summary of Role:

The Director of Business Development at AdCellerant will play a pivotal role in expanding our partnerships with local media and advertising agencies. Working closely with the Chief Business Development Officer, this dynamic role involves not only sealing new partnerships but also guiding them through the onboarding process with our knowledgeable team.

Key responsibilities include presenting the comprehensive AdCellerant platform, including our unique digital agency software solution, UI.Marketing. The ideal candidate will showcase how our platform enhances partners' in-house operations, leveraging our proprietary technology to their advantage.

A deep understanding of digital advertising platforms is essential. The candidate must be well-versed in a range of digital strategies, from programmatic display advertising and video marketing to email campaigns, SEO, paid search, and social media. This expertise should extend to using reporting and analytics tools to craft compelling campaign narratives.Beyond technical proficiency, the role demands an ability to perform live demonstrations of the AdCellerant platform, illustrating its benefits in growing digital sales revenue. The candidate will also be instrumental in training and motivating sales teams across vast geographical areas, focusing on adoption, growth, and revenue generation.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive significant growth and innovation in the digital advertising space.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live demos of the AdCellerant platform to prospective partners
  • Work with new partners to curate and centralize all assets for new partner onboarding and white-labeling
  • Track and log all sales activity within Salesforce
  • Help oversee and facilitate the training for all assigned new partners
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for new business opportunities and conferences
  • Track and assist in developing new partner pipeline
  • Responsible for strategic revenue and new partner growth
  • Prospect and cultivate a hit list of new potential media and agency partners
  • Vetting attendee lists of conferences to determine opportunities for certain events
  • Cold-call prospective partners and agencies and re-engage old pipeline prospects
  • Nurture MQLs or SQLs that come through Pardot or other inbound lead generation mechanisms
  • Investigate partner opportunities to assist Director/CBDO in dialogue to establish
  • Fielding and answering objections with credibility and honesty on all AdCellerant products, platforms, processes, and best practices and standards


Location Information:

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

  • Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person.   • Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation:

Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $85,000 - $137,000. The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience. The bonus structure will be tied to goal attainment and overall revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital sales or digital ad operations, preferably in Advertising and Media Planning
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, fast learner
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly organized and able to work with a team
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Successful multitasker with a collaborative team structure and open work environment
  • Deep technical understanding of popular digital platforms including DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP’s, Adwords, Google Analytics, and more
  • Experience training large scale sales teams on the different digital marketing platforms used within the industry
  • Building, presenting, and closing platform-agnostic media plans for advertisers to reach different goals and objectives
  • Analyzing reporting through different platforms to determine success and how to teach, relay, and interpret for pedestrian understanding
  • Established track record of building and maintaining business professional relationships while continuing all job responsibilities
