About the role: As the Director of Campus Operations you will oversee and elevate Vivvi’s primary offering: our early childhood education campuses. You will drive success by managing operational components such as developing and maintaining school budgets, licensing and compliance, staff management and development, while also serving as a motivational leader for Heads of Schools, helping them achieve individual and organization-wide goals. A results-driven leader who is passionate about education and possesses outstanding business acumen will thrive in this role and positively impact Vivvi teachers and the families and children we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to all licensed childcare campuses to drive educator, family and client satisfaction, world-class programming, and financial success
• Build systems and scorecards to monitor, measure, report on, and improve campus performance across a variety of indicators and present timely updates to senior leadership
• Develop, mentor, and coach Heads of Schools as operational leaders and people leaders to achieve the aforementioned aims
• Foster a sense of community and connection to Vivvi’s mission to create a positive working environment within each of the campus locations
• Act as a liaison between campuses and Central Office, calling upon functional leads (SVP of People, VP of Learning, Director of Compliance, etc.) and deploying resources and support as needed
• Work onsite at campuses at least 3 days per week to provide coaching, program audits, and administrative support

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive professional experience
• 5+ years of experience managing leaders
• Background in operations within the education space; familiarity with early childhood education and associated regulations strongly preferred
• Track record as senior leader in matrix or multi-unit organization
• Proven ability to develop goals and drive outcomes to meet financial and operational benchmarks; competence in Excel and Google Suite required
• Excellent project management skills; familiarity with project management software such as Asana is preferred
• Ability to create high quality deliverables such as memos, presentations, and quantitative analysis
• Exceptional EQ and problem solving skills
