Help manage team that assists in the development of company’s capital management framework, stress tests, as well as financial and regulatory reporting requirements for company in the banking and technology products-based industry for Financial Technology (fintechs) using knowledge of banking and regulatory capital, stress testing and capital management tools and functions. Help partner effectively across the Treasury Department and various areas of Financial Management and Business Units, utilizing strong financial and analytical skills, as well as thorough understanding of quarterly capital planning and reporting processes, funding strategies and key balance sheet metrics. Perform monthly calculations and analysis of Regulatory capital and risk-weighted assets (RWA), as well as for reporting and/or performing analysis activities to support organization’s Capital Initiatives, which includes analyzing regulatory capital results; interpreting regulatory requirements in the context of a business problem; developing financial solutions, and managing and/or executing the implementation of these solutions. Create and manage the capital stress testing framework, including model risk management as well as preparing and reviewing the results and reporting to senior management to determine the capital constraints of Bank. Will be responsible for preparing concise and effective presentations for senior executives, including the ability to explain results of complex financial and capital management analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences. Assist management with a focus on team coordination and process improvements by working with internal and external technology partners. Foster relationships with partners in capital management, business and finance to resolve capital questions, provide strategic guidance and communicate capital usage, utilizing understanding of changing regulatory capital framework (including Basel III regulatory capital rules) and its impact on business, including the management of capital as well as in the consideration of liquidity, stress testing and strategic planning. Work closely with the modeling team on new model implementations and model updates, as well as with the Data Management team to resolve financial data quality issues 

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance followed by five (5) years progressive experience in specialty field
