A Director of Client Experience to deliver strategic leadership to all pillars of Client Experience at Axxess. To lead with a people first mindset, The Axxess Way, and ensure client and team delight in every interaction. What you will do...
- Ensure that world-class service is experienced in all client interactions
- Serve as an Axxess culture ambassador at industry and Axxess sponsored events
- Analyze client metrics to identify trends and proactively address client services and report Client Experience performance metrics
- Act as a brand ambassador and promotes the Axxess collaborative culture
- Facilitate team discussions for knowledge and information sharing; as well as, providing input on process improvements and team-related work obstacles.
- Guide Client Experience process improvements to streamline operations and successful change management
- Partner with multiple internal and external constituent groups, providing timely feedback to the management team on client trends, issues and needs.
What you bring...
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related discipline required
- MBA or master's degree is desired.
- 5+ years of Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and /or Palliative Care experience
- Proven success leading a large organization through change and data driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, inspire, and build relationships with people at all levels.

- Experience and knowledge of project management and product management disciplines.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
