About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity that allows you to jump in and drive revolutionizing how a Customer Service Team gets work done? You found it. We are looking for a strong innovative leader to drive reengineering how we get work done. You will focus on creating efficiencies and additional processes to increase productivity and effectiveness. This is an entrepreneurial role, with an opportunity to have impact by outlining and proposing new practices and strategies, while continuously evolving our workflows to address the needs of our growing business.Â
What You'll Do
- Set the strategy and execution for our Client Services Support; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the operational agenda forward
- Identify, train and develop leaders within the company and set them on a path for management
- Manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Work cross-functionally in identifying workflow process improvements, working with management team to implement changes
- Develops policies and procedures that promote operational effectiveness, continual improvement, and best practices
- Develop unified metrics definitions to be used across organizationÂ
- Budgeting for initiatives, including monitoring and controlling costs
- Performing other miscellaneous projects, assignments, and duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in operations; 3+ years in leadership, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment
- Strong knowledge of business and financial concepts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, and make strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
