• Own and drive communications strategy and operations for  2-3 core business verticals at Ava Labs
• Create, craft and deploy strategic narratives to various media outlets with a crypto native audience
• Establish strong rapport/relationships with cross functional collaborators and drive campaign development processes
• Collaborate with agency partners 
• Proactively develop and drive relationships that will grow media hits and overall market presence

• Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing or related discipline 
• 7+ years of professional experience 
• 3+ years of agency experience 
• 2+ years of in house experience 
• Strong writing skills and the samples to prove it
• Track record of success while working professionally in the blockchain industry
• Expert level media relations and strategy (launch) skills 
• Natural ability to identify and pitch a story 
• Data driven narrative support 
• Smooth pitch skills 

Salary Range: $166K to $197K  (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
