We are searching for a growth-mined Director of Consumer Marketing to share our innovative technology by creating a multi-media strategy to deepen relationships and drive growth. You will be responsible for: building, growing, and developing the Consumer Marketing team, driving strategy through research and consumer insights, shaping the positioning and messaging, partnering to lead adoption-focused campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. A digital marketing guru who is a collaborative leader, highly organized, driven, and enthusiastic about promoting healthcare technology that makes lives better by showcasing its value effectively across marketing channels. What you will do
  • Define our growth strategy and serve as the link between product, marketing, and business teams to identify winning tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams to inform strategy for a high-level consumer narrative
  • Partner with research & insights, identify user needs by deeply understanding our consumers and how our product works globally
  • Craft impactful narratives and determine core product positioning and sets of key messages that resonate with our Consumers
  • Work closely with channel and regional marketing teams to provide them with the user insights, positioning, and tools they need to develop and deploy campaigns
  • Scale product marketing efforts globally by creating and operationalizing playbooks, toolkits, and best practices both in-and-out of app
  • Develop digital marketing communications, sales enablement tools, client testimonials, and email nurture campaigns that drive solution awareness and sales pipeline

What you bring
  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Deep digital experience in either B2B or B2C campaign management, email marketing and marketing automation
  • Must have experience marketing to consumers (B2C.)
  • 6+ years' experience shaping marketing strategies with a history of delivering highly successful user acquisition and engagement activations
  • 4+ years building, growing, and managing highly effective teams with a focus on coaching and development
  • Ability to quickly understand the essence of a product, the value it delivers and then craft compelling messages for different channels
  • An ability to serve as the connective link between the consumer, product, marketing, and other business teams to develop marketing tactics across owned, earned and paid channels to increase lead pipeline and velocity
